Small-batch, fermented, bottled by hand

Bottled heat.
Bottled sin.

We ferment our peppers longer than most sauces bother to, then bottle the result in small runs — from a sauce mild enough for eggs to one we genuinely warn people about.

Started in a garage with a bucket of chilies

The Devil World started when a home ferment went sideways in the best way — a five-gallon bucket of jalapeños left too long turned into something sharper and more complex than any sauce we'd bought. We kept doing it on purpose after that.

Every bottle we sell is still fermented the long way: whole peppers, salt brine, and patience, not vinegar and shortcuts. It takes weeks longer than most hot sauce on a shelf. We think you can taste the difference.

Before you buy

Find your heat level

Every bottle lists its dot rating on the label — this is what each level actually means.

Level 1

Everyday Heat

A warm background note — goes on eggs, sandwiches, anything that needs a lift, not a challenge.

Level 2–3

Real Kick

You'll feel it. Good on tacos, noodles, and anything you're actively trying to wake up.

Level 4

Committed

A dash goes a long way. Keep a drink nearby the first time and adjust from there.

Level 5

The Inferno Pact

A drop, not a dash. Not recommended for kids or anyone new to superhots — read the label first.

"Original Sin is the only hot sauce I've ever finished a bottle of on purpose. It's just good."
